| CHARGES
Our current rates can be obtained on application. Hire after 12.00 midnight or
before 8.00am on approval and subject to additional charge.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
Bookings are confirmed by an exchange of letters
and the payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit. Cheques should be made payable
to Two Temple Place Ltd. The balance must be settled two months before the event.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations
made ten weeks prior to the event are charged at 25% of the hire fee. Unless we
are able to secure a replacement booking for that date, cancellations made between
ten and four weeks before the event will be charged at 50% and we regret that
the full amount will be charged for cancellations less than four weeks before
the event. In the unlikely event that Two Temple Place Ltd. is obliged to cancel
a confirmed booking, reimbursement in full will apply. DAMAGE
OR ACCIDENT
The hirer will be responsible for leaving the building, its
fixtures, fittings and furniture intact and in good condition. ENTERTAINMENT
All entertainment must be booked via one of our approved contractors. Detailed
plans of any proposed entertainment should be agreed with Two Temple Place Ltd
in advance. DANCING
Dancefloors,
where appropriate, must be laid in both the Great Hall and the
Long Gallery,
and must be booked via one of our approved contractors. ALCOHOL
Alcohol must not be sold on the premises. Any purchase of alcohol for consumption
on the premises must be made by the hirer in advance of the function. CANDLES
Candles are allowed only on dining tables in The Great Hall and The Long Gallery.
SMOKING
Smoking is NOT permitted
in any part of Two Temple Place..
SECURITY
A complete list of all guests must be submitted to Two Temple Place Ltd no later
than 24 hours prior to the event. All guests must present their invitation upon
arrival. CAR PARKING
There
are no car parking facilities attached to Two Temple Place Ltd for the use of
